Lodging

North Riding Point Club is situated on six acres of land fronting onto a spectacular three-mile beach.

The main lodge and the guest cottages are spaced along the shoreline, each with its own access to the beach. All of the buildings are air-conditioned. The lodge contains the kitchen, dining room, lounge, bar, and one guest room. NRPC maintains a small tackle shop with a full line of flies, fly lines and leaders, polarized sunglasses, and other miscellaneous tackle for your convenience. We also offer hats, clothing and much more. There is also a small fly-tying station available in the tackle shop for tying that perfect pattern!

We have a total of five guest rooms, four of them situated in two separate cottages and one in the main lodge. Each room contains two queen-sized beds, a full bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower, extensive closets and a wall safe. All of the rooms have large screened-in patios facing the beach. We pride ourselves on offering some of the most spacious and luxurious guest rooms of any fishing lodge anywhere.

The founder members Lodge is available for a small surcharge and on a limited basis when not in use by our owners. This lodge is a deluxe 2-bedroom cottage with a lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is WIFI on the property.

Each of the guest rooms has a telephone for local and long distance calls. International calls can be made via AT&T, MCI, Sprint, Canada Direct or UK Direct. In addition, the lodge has a dedicated fax line and facilities can be made available in the office for guests to connect a laptop into our computer line.

The Club is managed by Tim and Mercedes Comstock, who have spent 25 years in the Caribbean and Bahamas on luxury charter yachts as captain and chef. They have 7 experienced guides, many who have been with the Club since in opened 13 years ago. All of the guides are licensed captains, with approved safety training. The dedicated housekeeping staff will ensure that your rooms are fresh and clean each day. The kitchen team and award winning chef will insure a memorable culinary experience.

There is a lot to do at North Riding Point Club in addition to the bonefishing, making it an ideal destination for the non-angling partner as well. Freeport, the second-largest town in The Bahamas, is only a short ride away. Other activities available to our guests include snorkeling, SCUBA diving, kayaking, nature tours, horseback riding, and golf. For more detailed information about all aspects of the North Riding Point Club experience, contact us at travel@theflyshop.com .

North Riding Point Club is an exceptional experience and offers something for everyone. At the lodge you can take endless beach walks. They have 2 bicycles and there is a nice path that runs along the beach. You are welcome to snorkel in front of the lodge or swim in the freshwater pool. There is a Kayak tour you can take that is near the lodge, you get to paddle through Mangroves and there are caves to explore. There are several good golf courses on the island. Horseback riding is another activity available. For those people that like being in the water, there is diving (with and without sharks), swimming with Dolphins or boat trips to see Dolphins in the wild. Port Lucaya (just 20 - 30 minutes away) has lots of restaurants and little shops to visit. Understandably, space is very limited. We suggest you call immediately if you would like reservations or more information.
