Junin is the native word for the world famous fly fishing Mecca surrounding the alpine communities of San Martin de los Andes and Bariloche. The region is home to the Traful, Calleufu, Collon Cura, Chimehuin, Guacamamuil, and Quillen. Great fishing is far from the public road and very difficult to access without permission.

The Fly Shop uses the best regional outfitters, that float regional rivers and have the privilege to trespass on exclusive ranch properties. Tipiluke, Arroyo Verde, Puerto Lussich, San Huberto, and Patagonia River Ranch (pictured above). These are estancias where the rainbows and brown trout have been protected for decades from overharvesting.
