Catering to only 6 - 8 anglers at a time, this lodge is as dedicated to personalized service as any we have ever come across. You will enjoy peace and quiet after a hard day's fishing. Mark personally sees to it that each and every need is taken care of to assure you the finest possible Alaskan experience. This is a first-rate lodge by any standards and is located within a short 35 minute flight from Anchorage. Because of its geographic location, we believe it dovetails with any number of other reasons (cruises, camera safaris or business trips) that might bring you to Alaska. However, Talaheim Lodge and the Talachulitna River are reason enough!

Talaheim is one of the loveliest fishing destinations in the state, and truly offers one of the most unique experiences. The fishing is

GREAT, the mouth-watering food is prepared from scratch and the wildlife is awesome. Grizzly, black, and brown bears, along with moose and bald eagles inhabit the area. This Alaskan paradise will appeal to any and all anglers seeking plentiful, untouched fish. Species of Fish: Rainbow trout, king salmon, sockeye salmon, silver salmon, pink salmon, char and grayling.

Lodging: Located on a bluff near the Talachulitna River, and offering a tremendous view of the surrounding mountain range, Talaheim Lodge is a rustic comfortable facility with clean, comfortable rooms. Food is wonderful home-cooked fare.

Travel Arrangements: Guest needs to get to Anchorage the day before going out to the lodge, overnight, and be ready to fly out to the lodge early the next morning.

Length of Stay: Varies depending on packages available at particular times.

Season: Late June Early September .

Occupancy: 6-8 anglers at a time.

June 19 - September 10 6 flyouts and 1 day jetboat $6,450.00/person

Inclusions: The rate includes: roundtrip flight from Anchorage, all lodging and meals, wine and beer with dinner, guide service, daily helicopter (as per package), airplane and jetboat transfers.

Non-Inclusions: This rate does not include: Fishing equipment; Alaska State Fishing License (and tags if applicable); gratuities; alcohol other than what is served at dinner and items of personal nature.

Deposit: A 50 percent deposit is due to secure a reservation.
