Reservations and Rates

Cost of this fishing odyssey for the 2010 Season is $6,250/angler per week for King Salmon and $6350 per week during Steelhead season. We recommend calling us as soon as possible to try and secure a space at Sandy River Lodge – taking only 6 guests a week, and with most of their clients returning every year, it can be tough to find openings. We work closely with Mel, and in some cases we even put prospective anglers on a waiting list for a future date, should one come available.

Inclusions:
Your angling package at Sandy River Lodge includes: Roundtrip flight from Anchorage to the lodge, seven nights lodging, six days guided fishing, all meals, and boat transportation to and from fishing areas.

Non inclusions:
Packages do not include; personal gear, tackle and equipment, gratuities, fishing license and liquor.

Payment Policy:
Please make all checks payable to The Fly Shop. Personal checks, MasterCharge, Visa, American Express and Discovery are all accepted as payment. Reservations must be confirmed by a 50% deposit within 14 days of receipt of invoice. Final payments are due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. In the event that the reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the original invoice will be for the entire balance.

Cancellations and Refunds:
In the event that a cancellation of reservations is necessary, please notify The Fly Shop immediately! The Cancellation Policy at Sandy River Lodge is standard for most of the top Alaskan lodges. A full refund, less a processing fee of $100, is available only in the event that a substitute is found for the corresponding dates.
