Reservations and Rates

The staff at The Fly Shop stays in close communication with Rainbow King Lodge, and can provide up to the minute space availability, as well as let you know what to expect, fishing-wise, during any open weeks.

Rates
The 2009 weekly angling rate at Rainbow King Lodge is $7300.

Inclusions:
Your fishing package includes meet & greet at the Iliamna airport, transfers to/from the lodge, all meals and accommodations, daily fly-out fishing (if bad weather prevents flying, the Newhalen River provides a tremendous home-water fishing opportunity), 2:1 fisherman to guide ratio, all fishing gear including rod, reels, lines, wading boots (but NOT waders) and all flies.

Non inclusions:
Packages do not include flights to and from Iliamna, fishing license ($55), gratuities, alcohol, waders, or fishing clothing and items of a personal nature.

Payment Policy:
Please make all checks payable to The Fly Shop. Personal checks, Mastercharge, Visa, American Express and Discovery are all accepted as payment. Reservations must be confirmed by deposit within 14 days of receipt of invoice. Final payments are due 90 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds:
In the event a cancellation is necessary, please notify The Fly Shop immediately! We will do our best to find a replacement, but ultimately it is the canceling angler’s responsibility to re-fill the spot. There are no refunds without a replacement.

A 50% deposit is required two weeks after verbal confirmation to reserve dates. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
