Duncan and Sons Kanektok Camps: Reservations and Rates
We have been traveling to and fishing the Kanektok
River for decades; we can tell you all you need to know about this
superb destination.
The travel staff here at The
Fly Shop communicates regularly with the lodge, and can quickly
find out space availability for you. We can also tell you
what to expect, fishing-wise, during any open weeks. Tackle, flies,

After a verbal confirmation
of your reservation you'll receive a short confirmation letter
or e-message showing the dates of your stay, terms of the booking
and an invoice showing the cost of the trip. A 50% deposit is normally
due within two weeks of deposit. Final payments are due 60 days
prior to arrival. Deposits and final payments can be made with either
a credit card or check.
Rates for 2011
The 2011 weekly angling rate at Dave Duncan
and Sons River Camps is:
$4800/person for the Lower Camp
$4900/person
for the Upper Camp
Inclusions:
Included in the package is transportation to and from camp from
Quinhagak, meals (including beer and wine with dinners), sodas,
lodging, and guiding services on the river.
Non-inclusions:
Not included is roundtrip transportation from Anchorage to Quinhagak,
a sleeping bag, fishing tackle, fishing license, and any favorite
alcoholic beverages.
Payment Policy:
Please make all checks payable to The Fly
Shop. Personal checks, Mastercharge, Visa, American Express
and Discovery are all accepted as payment. Reservations must be
confirmed by deposit within 14 days of receipt of invoice. Final
payment is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
In the event that the reservation is made less than 60 days prior
to arrival, the original invoice will be for the entire balance.
Cancellations and Refunds:
In the event that a cancellation of reservations
is necessary, please notify The Fly Shop immediately! All
payments are not refundable, unless another angler can be found
to replace the original. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment
is acknowledgement that registrant has read and accepts the clauses
of cancellation/refund.
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance can provide a means of recourse against non-refundable
financial losses and warrants your careful review and consideration.
