A l a s k a ' s m o s t g u a r d e d secret, often called The Chosen River to protect it from notoriety, offers terrific salmon fishing from late June through September. Each day is highlighted by hordes of Char and challenging fishing for the famous Leopard Rainbow Trout. With no need, or reason to fly-out, a very limited number of anglers are free to explore the maze of crystal-clear trout and salmon runs, both in the river, and several fine tributaries, within easy striking distance of camp.

Owned by one of Alaska's most respected outfitters, and staffed by some of the finest guides in the Far North, the Kanektok Camp is the perfect choice for the angler more interested in fishing than the

excesses of a lodge. However, the creature comforts of this first-class outpost stand in stark contrast to the remote, pristine Togiak Wilderness.

Species of Fish: Chinook Salmon, Chum Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, Pink Salmon, Coho Salmon, Dolly Varden, Rainbow Trout, Arctic Char, and Arctic Grayling.

Lodging: The camp provides state-of-the-art Weatherport tents, with propane heaters, showers, carpeted floors, cozy beds and fine meals.

Travel Arrangements: Round trip jet boat transportation from Quinhagak to camp.

Length of Stay: Arrival on Saturday; Departure the following Saturday.

Season: Late July through August.

Occupancy: Kanektok River Camp is limited to only 6-10 anglers.

2008 Rates:
Lower Base Camp - $4,450.00 per angler (Saturday - Saturday)
Upper Base Camp - $4,650.00 per angler (Saturday - Saturday)

Inclusions: The rate includes: Round trip transportation from Quinhagak to camp, all lodging and meals, and daily guided fishing.

Non-Inclusions: This rate does not include: Personal gear, tackle, flies, gratuities, fishing license, or liquor.

Deposit: A 50 percent deposit is due to secure a reservation.
