Goodnews River
Lodge has an excellent year round fishing program, though annually
the prime king salmon (late June and early July) and silver salmon
(early-August through early September) dates are the most difficult
to find space during, due to the consistent large escapements of
both species and subsequent great fishing.
If you would
like to know what space is available during a specific date,
don’t hesitate to give us a call – we can help you make
a good decision based on your expectations, and the realities of
the fishing during any time of the season.

Inclusions:
Your trip to Goodnews River Lodge Includes:
Deluxe tent accommodations, meals,
amenities, daily fishing trip away from camp, guides, lures, flies,
terminal tackle, and boat service
Non inclusions:
Not Included in your Goodnews Lodge package:
Alaska State Sportfishing License (available at the lodge
for about $55, king salmon tag $30), staff gratuities, and items
of a personal nature.
Payment Policy:
Please make all checks payable to
The Fly Shop. Personal checks, Mastercharge, Visa, American
Express and Discovery are all accepted as payment. Reservations
must be confirmed by deposit within 14 days of receipt of invoice.
Final payments are due 90 days prior to scheduled arrival. In the
event that the reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival,
the original invoice will be for the entire balance.
Cancellations and
Refunds:
In the event that a cancellation of reservations
is necessary, please notify The Fly Shop immediately! The
cancellation policy at Goodnews River Lodge is: payments are fully
refundable only if the lodge is able to rebook your space. We are
happy to transfer full payment to the following season in the event
of a medical emergency that would preclude attendance. Refunds are
not made to guests who voluntarily eliminate any services included
in their trip package or who leave before the end of their scheduled
stay.

of recourse against non-refundable financial losses and warrants
your careful review and consideration. Please click
